Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) invites applications for a 10-week Merchandising Intern program in Farmers Branch, TX. You will support the Design & Merchandising teams and gain exposure to retail and wholesale fundamentals.

You will collaborate across departments, with mentors assigned for coaching, and present a final project to leaders. Ideal majors include Fashion Design, Merchandising or Marketing, and you must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program and able to work on-site for the full

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop the seasonal product line that addresses customer needs and specific brand visions.
Reviewing selling reports and shopping the competitive retail landscape to identify white space opportunities and bring new product ideas to fruition.
Assisting with/ line sheet and sample preparation for customer and licensor meetings
Entering specs into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System to keep track of samples, costing, and adoption of new styles.
Checking in and organizing development samples from the factories
Working with/ International suppliers directly through daily email communication
