Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories invites a Design Intern to join the Design division in Farmers Branch, TX for a 10-week program. You will assist the Design and Merchandising teams and gain exposure to retail and wholesale fundamentals while on-site, Monday through Friday.

This internship offers hands-on experience creating designs, collaborating on assortments, and coordinating with overseas vendors. You will develop tech packs, produce sketches, and present your project to leaders in the final week.

Qualifications

• Majors in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be on-site, 10 weeks duration.
• Strong collaboration and proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist design team with seasonal concepts and brand vision.
• Collaborate with merchants to build assortments and respond to trends.
• Provide technical details to overseas vendors for sample development.
• Produce sketches and present proposed designs for seasons.
• Create and manage tech packs through PLM and coordinate with vendors.
