Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Coordinator to support merchandising teams at both departmental and divisional levels. You will identify late styles, manage POs via PO Health Check, revise deliveries, and assist SAP-related tasks including size breaks and pricing setup.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic SAP/Jira/Salesforce knowledge, and solid Excel skills. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in merchandising or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organization skills.
  • Experience with MS Excel and common PC applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support Merchandising teams at department and division levels.
  • Identify late styles and push out POs using PO Health Check.
  • Revise POs to reflect updated deliveries and close out POs.
  • Assist Planning and Merchandising in marking styles up within SAP.
  • Enter size breaks in SAP and assist in PO placement across markets.
  • Identify late ecommerce deliveries and execute POCNs as needed.
  • Set up initial pricing sheets and tickets; assist in re-ticketing.
  • Set up retail tickets for direct, stores and international markets.
  • Add sizing and color codes to styles; assist in SAP setup.
  • Assist Merchants with MAP for PO placement and revisions.

Merchandise Operations Coordinator

The Merchandise Operations Coordinator will support the Merchandising teams at both the departmental and divisional level. This position will report to the Director of Allocation. Become an expert in using the PO Health Check report to assist the Merchandising organization in assigning the correct rollouts to PO’s Identify any late styles and push out PO’s as needed using PO Health Check report. Revise PO’s to reflect most updated deliveries Close out PO’s Assist Planning and Merchandising in marking styles up within SAP Assist Allocation in entering size breaks in SAP. Identify late deliveries for Ecommerce. Execute POCN’s as needed at department level. Set up initial pricing sheets and send tickets Assist in Re-ticketing when needed. Setting up retail tickets in direct, stores and international markets. Add sizing and color codes to styles Assist Merchants in style set up in SAP Assist Merchants in merchandising application, MAP for PO placement and revisions.

Hourly Range: $20.91 - $24.21 At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry.
