Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and SOP adherence to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram adherence, and visual standards.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising to meet company expectations.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processing, and inventory adjustments.
