Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking friendly, capable team members to deliver prompt, courteous service, stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting. This role emphasizes member satisfaction, accuracy in replenishment, and a safe shopping environment.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll move quickly, uphold club standards, complete required trainings, and participate in a fast-paced store operation that supports families with value and reliable service every day.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise. Ensures proper signage of merchandise.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and full organized.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
