Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise flow, placement, and fulfillment in a luxury retail environment.

You will work with the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor to maintain presentation standards, participate in store projects, and ensure a superior customer experience through accurate fulfillment and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to merchandising standards and presentation.
• Proficient computer skills (RF guns, PC, iOS, Excel/Word) and familiarity with proprietary platforms.
• Flexible schedule alignment with store needs.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation according to Visual guidelines.
• Support store projects, including floor recovery and merchandise replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders with excellent service.
