Ideal candidates will have prior retail and management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent physical activity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, stock merchandise, and monthly sales planning.
