Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Bishop, CA. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team, optimize merchandising, and manage freight and stock flow while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand frequenting.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain store areas to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, stock needs, and monthly Sales Planners.
