Job summary

The Chicago Bulls are seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate to support merchandise sourcing, procurement, and analysis for Bulls merchandise at the United Center. The role involves participating in the Bulls Rookie Program with a start in September 2026 through the 26-27 season.

Responsibilities include collaborating across departments, processing purchase orders, vendor follow-up, inventory analysis, and supporting retail operations with Bulls and partner staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or similar field.
• Prior internships or entry-level retail experience.
• Strong analysis, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandise sourcing, procurement, and analysis.
• Assist in style creation, order creation, and issuing purchase orders to vendors.
• Track orders and communicate with vendors.
• Monitor on-hand inventory by department and location.
• Collaborate with Bulls, Blackhawks, United Center, Levy/Rank & Rally staff on retail operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
