Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in Lowe's stores.

You will help create eye-catching displays, maintain signage and pricing accuracy, and assist customers when opportunities arise. This role emphasizes ensuring displays are safe, accessible, and visually appealing while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
