Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and eye-catching displays across Lowe's stores. The role supports Merchandising Services Team and interacts with customers when possible, especially for product or warranty information and locating merchandise.

The position emphasizes weekday scheduling, safety, and the opportunity to grow within a large retail environment, with access to Lowe's benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
