Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate, making it easy for customers to find products. You’ll build product displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing while spending most time on tasks that don’t require customer interaction.

Occasionally you may assist customers, answer questions, and share product or warranty information. The role includes weekend scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Lowe’s

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and keep digital info current.
• Ensure price labels are visible and replaced when missing.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signs or merchandise.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
