Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate in the United States ensures store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate to help customers locate products easily. You will create safe, visually appealing displays and may interact with customers to answer questions and provide product information.

You will collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team to prioritize tasks, complete planogram-based merchandising, and support in-store service metrics across the store network.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items, pull, prep, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
