Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate in Bloomington, IN supports Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You’ll build eye-catching displays and implement product strategies that showcase in-demand items, working with our Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure price labels are visible and labels updated.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged items and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
