Job summary

As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you help keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate so customers can find products easily. You’ll build eye-catching displays, stock merchandise, and assist in locating items while engaging customers when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; digitally maintain information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
