Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate position is a flexible part-time role that supports store operations through precise signage, pricing, and eye-catching displays. The role emphasizes safe, organized merchandising and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to ensure accurate in-store execution.

Most duties are completed with minimal direct customer interaction, though you may assist customers when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information across store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
