Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps keep signage, pricing, and displays accurate, making products easy to locate and shop in every Lowe's store. You will create eye-catching product displays, assist customers when needed, and support the Merchandising Services Team to drive add-on sales and safe, clean presentation.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Experience reading planograms and setting up displays.
• Experience using web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital information for the store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Staging clearance items to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and merchandise as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
