Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate promotes a great shopping experience in Lowe's stores by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays. You will build attractive product displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand items.

You may engage with customers occasionally while supporting merchandising tasks, listening to feedback, and guiding product placement across the floor. Part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and data handling skills are required.
• Clear verbal communication and listening abilities are essential.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital signage information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and place displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
