Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping create attractive product displays and accurate signage in Lowe’s stores. The role supports a set weekday schedule, offering access to health options and tuition assistance, plus a 401(k) match and employee stock program.

You’ll handle merchandising resets, pricing visibility, and signage maintenance, with occasional customer engagement and travel to support neighboring stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, and digitally maintain this information.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
