Job summary

You will create product displays, maintain planograms, and support store operations with minimal customer interaction but may assist customers when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs for assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
