Lowe's in Columbus is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring displays, signage and pricing are accurate for a great shopping experience.

You'll prepare eye-catching product displays, lift up to 25 pounds, and interact with customers when opportunities arise. The role emphasizes safe, visually appealing merchandising and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital signage information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
