Job summary

PepsiCo’s PBNA division is hiring an entry-level merchandiser in Michigan. The role focuses on product merchandising in large-volume stores, stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining displays. Occasional warehouse duties and CDL-required driving may be involved depending on location.

The position emphasizes store-level execution, customer contact is incidental, and you may work full-time or part-time with weather-exposed field work and lifting 20–45 lb repeatedly during a long shift.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older (or 21+ if CDL required)
• Must have own transportation to access multi-store locations
• Valid driver's license and DOT requirements if applicable
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in accounts assigned by supervisor
• Use point of purchase materials in each account
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly
• Reset shelves, coolers, and other displays to standards
• Deliver products and execute promotions to multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks with CDL as needed
• Ensure all scheduled customers are served by end of shift
• Rotate products to local standards
• Push/pull pallet jacks and dollies as required
• Establish positive relationships with account contacts
• Follow company procedures and routes
• Provide customer service and address needs as they arise
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain attendance
