Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to support sales in large-volume accounts. You will stock shelves, rotate freshness, set up displays, stock coolers, organize back room, and move products from storage to the floor. Customer contact is incidental; occasional warehouse duties may apply.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb repeatedly during a 10–12 hour shift, exposure to varied weather, and reliable attendance. CDL may be required for some routes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21+ if CDL required.
• Have reliable car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; proof of insurance; CDL if required.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test if applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in accounts assigned by supervisor.
• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions to multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring a CDL license if applicable.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition and rotate products.
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain regular attendance.
