Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months live nursery or merchandising experience is required.
• Experience on a retail sales floor including stock and planograms preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to operate store equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and follow Lowe's policies daily.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms and signage standards.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and management on priorities and schedules.
• Support with safety, housekeeping, and loss prevention protocols.
