Sysco is seeking a Merchandising Support Associate to work closely with Operating Company (OpCo) departments and assist the merchandising team with transactional activities as needed.

The role acts as liaison between OpCo Sales, Buyers and Category Management, handling inquiries, tracking orders, confirming shipments, and supporting price management and market costs to help drive sales.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in purchasing, merchandising, sales or customer service.
• Experience in retail/wholesale or distribution environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandising point of contact for sales, national accounts, and health care account inquiries.
• Communicate urgent supplier, product or promotional updates to sales based on merchandising input.
• Track and trace special orders, demand status, late inbound trucks, and other requests for the sales team.
• Assist sales on basic inquiries and support the drop ship process to ensure timely shipping and invoicing.
• Process special orders (Non-Stocks) and manage new item stocking requests with proper documentation.
