Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety, and support shrink reduction goals.
