Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support the Merchant team in bringing product assortments and brand strategies to life. You will work with brands and cross-functional partners to ensure assets and information are accurate and delivered on time, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

You will manage product updates, assist in data entry, and help run regular reports while supporting day-to-day merchandising operations and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or beauty.
• College degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brands and Merchant team to manage deliverables and timelines for new product launches.
• Update product information and assets in collaboration with brands to optimize client experience and business goals.
• Support the creative review process to ensure accurate product representation across channels.
• Handle day-to-day product assortment tasks including data entry, setup, updates, and maintenance.
• Run weekly/monthly reports and provide insights to Merchants to strengthen brand relationships.
