Why is this role important?

Reporting to a Store Setup Manager, you will be part of a specialized team that travels to stores across the province to merchandise and assist teams during renovations and new store openings.

What You'll Do:
  • Travel to assigned retail locations and various sites within Saskatchewan weekly to work alongside construction teams on store remodels.
  • Eliminate out-of-stock and out-of-date products, clean and adjust shelves, and restock as needed.
  • Assemble, set up, and maintain store fixtures, displays, and shelves by following Plan-O-Grams.
  • Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying shipment accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Maintain presentable merchandise across all departments, ensuring aisles are accessible at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks such as manual labor, cleaning, general maintenance, and stockroom or sales floor upkeep.
What You'll Need:
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for transportation between stores.
  • Flexibility to work mainly overnight shifts.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Extensive travel required, with competitive compensation.
  • Retail store experience and understanding of store operations is an asset.
  • Previous experience as a Merchandiser/Stocker is an asset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
