Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Richmond, TX. The role partners with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, focusing on merchandising and freight processing while upholding store standards and customer experience.

You'll support daily operations, stock management, and safety guidelines, with responsibilities ranging from opening/closing procedures to maintaining clean, sale-ready floors.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain store areas to company standards (stockroom and sales floor).
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable; restock as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow and merchandising duties.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners and stock merchandise.
