The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, safety, and efficient stock flow, with duties ranging from opening/closing to executing corporate directives and visual merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the store and restrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Support the Store Manager with freight flow, replenishment, and planning.
