You will handle merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations to meet company standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and friendly customer interactions while maintaining stock, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandise receipts, including replenishment of stock for shelves.
• Provide friendly, safe service and support to customers, associates and leaders.
