The role involves opening/closing procedures, asset protection, store upkeep, and adherence to safety policies. You will assist with freight, replenishment, and planning in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at 2385 Athens Avenue, Redding, CA.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
