The role requires strong communication skills and physical ability, with a focus on teamwork, compliance with policies, and achieving sales goals through effective merchandising and staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives related to store activities and merchandise flow.
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentability, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly and professional customer interactions.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise including frozen/refrigerated items.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain promotional displays and monthly Sales Planners.
