Base pay range

We are looking for a team player who is coachable, curious, and energetic. Prior sports brand experience is a plus, but not necessary. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize, build, and manage global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.
• Manage, maintain, and communicate all seasonal tools and assortments.
• Develop key relationships among cross-functional teammates.
• Be comfortable with research and analysis, with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
• Partner with teams such as consumer planning, product creation, GEO merch, and consumer insights & analytics, as well as gender merchandising teams.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or similar roles.
• Understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in new projects, startups, or concepts.
• Ability to analyze business and consumer trends.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentations to cross-functional partners.
