Compensation

  • Base pay starting at $17.00/hr. with annual performance-based merit raises

Job Duties

The merchandising administrative assistant is responsible for sample check in and flow into the planogram room. Coordinating work between the warehouse and merchandising team and helping merchandising projects and planogram samples get executed and distributed through the warehouse smoothly.

Essential (Primary) Functions

  • Responsible for organization of goods received by planogram room.
  • Work directly with planogram coordinators, visual space planners, administrative assistants, and merchants to coordinate all samples and fixtures placement within planogram room.
  • Responsible for managing product check-in. Allotting time to check in and help verify items for planograms. Assisting departments as needed based on workload of planograms and readiness of work.
  • Responsible for coordinating the removal of product samples from planogram room. Communicating with the administrative assistants, merchants, and warehouse teams as needed.
  • Assist with item pack up and scanning for planogram sample disposition.
  • Work with planogram signage assisting with signage filing and organization, inventory management, order filling, and other merchandising duties as assigned.
  • Work with Visual Space Planners to assist with coordinating cross docking.
  • Coordinate Cubi-Scan workload and process with Planogram Coordinators.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with loss prevention policies and safety policies and/or procedures.

  • Possess a valid driver license
  • College degree preferred.
