Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring for a dawn-early shift position in Washington state. The role focuses on stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store displays while ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory.

You will work five days a week with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position offers a base pay range of $20.39–$22.66 per hour plus bonus opportunities and a benefits package including health coverage, sick pay, paid holidays, vacation, and eligibility for retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and driving record in policy range.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.
• Weekend and holiday work as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles with equipment to maintain safety.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with fresh labels.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain back rooms and back stock in accessible condition.

Job Details:
Schedule: 5:00am-1:30pm, 5 days a week (overtime, weekends, and holidays required)
Pay: $ 20.39-22.66/hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay range is $20.39 to $22.66 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 8 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday; 40hrs of vacation pro-rated in first year (3-1/3 hours per remaining full month in current calendar year); Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
