Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a store route associate in Draper, Utah. Schedule: 6:00AM–2:30PM, five 8‑hour shifts, weekends required with overtime as needed. Pay: $20.75 per hour. Job level: 1.

Responsibilities include using technology as needed, stocking shelves, rotating product with FIFO, building displays, maintaining back rooms, and attending meetings. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Swire policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
• Reliable vehicle for travel between stores within routes.

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following FIFO stocking system.
• Builds displays and promotional items according to supervisor instructions.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Job Details

Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, 5x8's, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed
Pay: $20.75/HR

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day


• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers


• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases


• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system


• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management


• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily


• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements


• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely


• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
