Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations on local routes. The role emphasizes safe handling, timely restocking, and promoting products in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will operate with a standard 6:00am–2:30pm shift, work weekends, and earn $23.25 per hour with a bonus structure dependent on role. Comprehensive benefits and a strong community focus are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily to support store shelves and aisles with cleaning equipment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first‑in, first‑out system to ensure quality.
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Keep back rooms organized and prepare for returns of any unsellable product.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Travel to stores within your routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores.

Job Details

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5x8's, Weekends Required & Overtime as needed.

Pay:$23.25/HR

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver's license required ; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay range is $23.25/hrplus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
