Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor for the Las Vegas, NV area. The role oversees a team of 22–28 merchandisers, recruits and trains staff, and ensures POS and pricing standards are consistently applied at stores in Las Vegas and nearby areas.

The position is based out of the Las Vegas facility with a 5‑day workweek, weekends required, and a compensation package that includes a $70,000–$80,000 annual salary plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards; inspect POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and high levels of customer service.
• Ensure proper pricing display.
• Provide coverage for vacation routes and identify sales opportunities for reps.

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

• This position will be based out of our Las Vegas, NV facility; supporting customer's stores in Las Vegas and greater surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of 22-28 Merchandisers
• This position will be working 5 consecutive days with weekends required (one day off on weekend, one day off on weekday)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Total Rewards

• $70,000-$80,000 / year
