Job summary

Total Wine & More in Miami, FL is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize store inventory, build product displays, and support online orders while delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist with curbside pickup and delivery as needed, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge.

As an essential member of the store team, you will greet customers, suggest products, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
• Support online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely as needed following company policies.
