Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Consolidated services multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and following planograms. You will start early each weekday to complete the route and coordinate with store management across Monroe and Charlotte locations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong communication and customer service skills. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, with a fast-paced, physically

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf per procedures and programs.
• Fills and merchandises coolers and displays on the sales floor.
• Organizes back room cooler, stacks product by package and flavor, manages returns and disposes of waste.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and coordinates with drivers on requests and programs.
