Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in a retail setting seeks a team member to stock, greet customers, and support store operations. You will keep the floor stocked, assist customers in locating merchandise, and coordinate with installers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; greet customers on the sales floor.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Act as HUB Store Order Puller – pulling parts quickly and accurately.
