Responsibilities include maintaining the front floor area, stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays, completing sales preparation, and greeting customers. May also serve as stock puller in large installer volume stores.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
2. Check in, price, and display stock.
3. Ensure merchandise is displayed, full, and clean daily.
4. Make display changes as per company guidelines and planograms.
5. Update all sale signs and ensure sales flyers are stocked.
6. Remove sale materials after sale ends and restore original pricing.
7. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
8. Work with management to complete store to-do lists and weekly team tasks. Act as security and shoplifting deterrent.
9. Assist with O’Reilly ImageMaker responsibilities.
10. Follow company policies for clocking in/out.
11. Coordinate with ISS for pulling and staging deliveries.
12. Serve as liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and store management.
13. Help determine efficient delivery routes and coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance.
14. Maintain cleanliness of backroom and installer areas.
15. May serve as Hub Store Order Puller, pulling parts accurately and preparing for delivery, inspecting returned boxes, and ensuring safety.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required:

Good aptitude with number sequences and organizational skills.

Desired:

Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
