Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser in Florida to stock, display, and rotate our beverages at grocery stores across Dunedin, Oldsmar, Seminole, Tarpon Springs, and Clearwater.

You will use company systems for routing and merchandising checkouts; travel with a personal vehicle; lift 25–50 lbs regularly; and meet education requirements. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly; up to 170 pounds for specific tasks.
• No heavy prior work experience required (0–6 months acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product using pallet jack or hand truck between backroom and display floor.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring and merchandising checkouts with photos uploaded.
• Maintain backstock areas and assist with inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full-time with a 8:00am start time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends off)
• Must be 18 years of age
• Pay: $20.15 per hour + Monthly Car Allowance and Mileage Reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
