Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts according to planograms and safety guidelines. Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Moves product from the backroom to the display and creates/ distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates products and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handling returns of pallets and damaged/out-of-date stock.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, pricing, and upcoming activities.
