Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our in-store team, working with grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers to optimize product placement and inventory control.

You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a handheld device, support seasonal resets, and collaborate with store staff to ensure inviting displays and timely deliveries across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and information.
• Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and provide feedback.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodels; may include evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories to support team members.
