Job summary

Borden Dairy is hiring a Merchandiser to visit assigned accounts, execute merchandising plans, and maintain engaging product displays. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products; reporting conditions; and collaborating with teams to maximize visibility and sales. Experience in merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform required tasks in English.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.
• Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
