Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a detail-oriented Cooler Loadout Worker to support the manufacturing and distribution of finished products in our Cleveland, OH facility. You will transfer products manually or with equipment, load/unload, label loads, record stock movements, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following food-grade procedures and company guidelines.

Overtime, weekends, and varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products.
• Ability to accurately record data.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Forklift certification required by location.

Responsibilities

• Transfer finished products manually or using material handling equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Borden Dairy is seeking adetail-oriented and efficient individualto join our team as aCooler Loadout Worker. In this hands‑on role, you will support the manufacturing and distribution process by performing a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing finished products.

Job Responsibilities

• Transfer finished products manually or using material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and move ingredients or products as assigned.
• Sort, bundle, and package items or assemble product units.
• Label product loads and ensure proper identification.
• Record stock movement in and out of designated work areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Performfrequent physical activitiesincluding lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability tostand and walk continuouslythroughout the duration of the shift.
• Work forextended periods in cold, damp environments.
• Maintainconstant mental focusand situational awareness to ensure safety and efficiency.
