Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You will restock and organize inventory, ensuring optimal product placement and consistent shelf displays while supporting seasonal resets and installations as needed.

Responsibilities include daily store engagement, holiday coverage with potential weekend work, and collaboration with a network of merchandisers.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have reliable transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fittings, and relocating card sections, often two weeks notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers and support teams as needed.
