Job summary

Convivial Brands Elc Inc is hiring part-time Merchandisers to maintain brand presence across multiple Texas locations. You will stock and organize displays, ensure planograms are followed, and manage product transitions.

No experience is required, with training provided. A flexible schedule and 401(k) with company match are offered to support your financial goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews fixtures and ensures alignment with planograms.
• Assembles and sets up store fixtures and displays as directed.
• Manage credits and returns for outdated products; assist seasonal transitions.
• Collects data during store visits and submits photos.
• Maintain relationships with store management and staff.
• Oversee inventory and replenishment of fixtures and products.
• Prioritize workloads based on assignments and client needs.

Locations:1029 Bay Area Blvd, Clear Lake City, TX 77040, 196 Gulf Freeway S., League City, TX 77573, & 14650 Woodforest, Houston, TX 77015Average Hours: 2 hours Bi-Weekly each locationRate: $15.00/hrAt Convivial Brands, our Merchandisers represent our family of brands by maintaining our brand presence in the market and keeping our products fully stocked for our customers. Must be 18 or older and have a valid driver's license.Responsibilities:Reviews and ensures fixtures align with planograms, initiating product reorders, as necessary.Efficiently assemble and set up store fixtures and displays in accordance with planograms.Manage credits, returns for out-of-date products, and completes seasonal transitions.Utilizes technology to collect data during store visits and submits photos of all store visits and seasonal transitions.Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with store management.Maintain and service assigned store locations keeping stocked and well-organized displays, straightened products, and dust-free areas.Oversee inventory and condition of all fixtures and materials in stores; Responsible for organizing and replenishing products promptly.Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.Represent Convivial Brands with professionalism.Perform other duties as assigned.What's in it for you?No experience is required! – We are committed to providing you with the training you need to be successful in the role!A flexible schedule - most of our stores have a specific service requirement, and you can fulfill that requirement during the week M-F at any time the store is open. *Seasonal transition dates are firm and not flexible.We offer a 401(k) with a great company match! - You're eligible to participate upon hire, and eligible for the match the first quarter after 90 days.Required/Desired Qualifications:High School education or equivalent certificationSmart device required.Experience utilizing any smart device technology is a must.Active email address that you can send and receive emails from. (i.e., working with displays, shop layouts, visual props, etc.)Must be available day after all major Seasonal dates, for example Easter, Valentine etc.Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities:Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines.Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn new tasks and problem-solve quickly.Access to consistent and reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates is required.Knowledge of how to download and install an APP on a phone or other mobile device.Must be able to keep phone OS up to date.Must know how to use wi-fi services.Must have reliable transportation to travel to/from assigned stores.Flexible, reliable, patient, and friendly.
